Governor Jerry Singson and BOMBO Radyo Vigan signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to have a mutual coordination for the conduct of mobile blood donation dubbed as DUGONG BOMBO on 18 November 2023 to help ensure steady supply of blood in the province.
