Governor Jerry Singson graced the celebration of the 36th Prison Awareness Month that aimed to make people aware of the plight of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) and thus eliciting a response of compassion towards their restoration as reformed, renewed and productive members of the community.

Other attendees were members of Integrated Bar of the Philippines, UNP faculty, staff and students, representatives of other government agencies and private sectors.
