Governor Jerry Singson continues to deliver primary health care services through its One Ilocos Sur Health Caravan.

The caravan has provided free medical and dental consultation, minor surgery, free medicines, assistive devices and food packs to over 700 patient-beneficiaries across Santiago.

Deokid/Biotech Foundation headed by Mrs. Cris Valdeo joined the event and donated pairs of slippers and toys for children.

The Department of Labor and Employment also conducted TUPAD pay out for the 186 workers from Candon City, Sta Lucia, Santiago, Lidlidda and San Emilio.
