Governor Jerry Singson expressed his warmest congratulations to the Phillippine Red Cross and the Department of Health RO1 in paying tribute to the unsung heroes/blood donors of the province during the National Blood Donors Awarding Ceremony.

The event commenced with a motorcade followed by an awarding ceremony at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.
