The thirty-four 4Ps recipient families of each LGU of Ilocos Sur spent quality time together to bond in celebration of the Provincial Family Week.

Governor Jerry Singson emphasized the vital role of family in nurturing the society in the present during the program, “This administration believes that we should strengthen the foundation of the family as important institution where we learn values, where we built our character and where we foster love, care and concern for one another,” he said.
