Indigenous cultural communities across Ilocos Sur proudly showcased their rich culture for the two-day Begnas Di Ilocos Sur.

The festival aims to emphasize and exhibit traditional indigenous culture as a means through which Indigenous People can assert, commemorate, advocate, and safeguard their diverse cultural heritage and identity.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led by Governor Jerry Singson graced the opening program together with Vice Governor Ryan Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ericson Singson, Gina Cordero, Mildred Elaydo, Benjamin Maggay and Elpidio Quines, Lidlidda Mayor Atty. Sherwin Tomas, OIC ISPPO Provincial Director PCOL Darnell Dulnuan and Baguio City Councilor Vladimir Cayabas.
