The Department of Agriculture – Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center 1 led by Center Director Rogelio Evangelista awarded the P700,000.00 check to the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur for the implementation of proposed programs, projects and collaborative activities in agriculture and fisheries extension of the province.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by Atty. Jannah Singson together with SPM Third Ranches, Provincial Agriculturist Erlinda Baltazar, Provincial Veterinary Officer Dr. Donna Rosario and Provincial Treasurer Ronette Victa received the check.
