The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in cooperation with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and other national agencies joined together for the 5th ONE Ilocos Sur Job Fair.

2,736 job vacancies from the different participating employers offered jobs in various industries. There were 38 local and 5 overseas hiring agencies and 14 government service providers participated.

As a result, 91 applicants were hired-on-the-spot out of 463 job applicants.

Governor Jerry Singson set this kind of program to provide employment opportunities and help the residents process their documentary requirements easily.
