Governor Jerry Singson represented by Atty. Jannah Singson along with Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Benjamin Maggay and Elpidio Quines turned over gangsa musical instruments to the eight barangays of Banayoyo.

This is one way of the provincial government to highlight the culture that has been preserved all throughout the generations in the upland municipalities of Ilocos Sur.
