The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur employees made Governor Jerry Singson feel loved during a surprise birthday program.

The birthday celebration kicked off when the Governor was about to deliver his weekly message after flag ceremony, his microphone started not to function and then suddenly a loud birthday song was sung by the employees.

Video greetings from the people who are dear to the Governor and employees were played during the program.

A prayer for the Governor was led by Mr. Mario Ruelos.

Furthermore, the department heads offered him gifts and party poppers were streamed into the air, PGIS dancers were bopping while PGIS Chorale continously singing the birthday song.

On his response, the Governor got emotional to the surprises that his heart was overflowing with joy. “This is the happiest birthday I ever had, Dios unay ti agngina!” Governor Jeremias Singson said.
