Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda met with the employees of Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital – Gabriela Silang and ordered a recalibration of directives as an important tool for the said hospital to deliver quality health care service.

The Governor wanted to mark unstinting commitment to improve the hospital towards healthy Ilocos Sur.
