Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda extended his congratulations to the Romico Martial Arts Team who won 3 gold, 7 silver and 16 bronze medals representing Ilocos Sur during the SASAKI – TAKASHI Traditional Karate Open 2023. This is an International Karate Tournament held at Subic, Zambales last 09 July 2023.
