In an aim to create a more inclusive society where differently-abled people are free to fully participate, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led by Governor Jerry Singson gathered them for the celebration of the National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Mildred Elaydo and Third Ranches together with Atty. Justine Precious Taggaoa-Biado also participated the event.
