In line with the continuous implementation and enhancement of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur’s Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015, the Top Management led by Governor Jerry Singson and Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda conducted a four-day ISO Awareness Training at the Azalea Hotels and Residences, Baguio City.

This training continuously capacitate the employees as PGIS gear towards Total Quality Management. It is also essential to promote better understanding of the standards, ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, enhance communication, collaboration, and contribute to external recognition and trust leading to customer satisfaction.
