Governor Jerry Singson has once again proven his persistent support to Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital Gabriela Silang by providing newly installed dialysis center with 10 units of hemodialysis and the Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment.

“By all means, we will buy the equipment to easily bring back the wellness of every patient”, the Governor during the inauguration and blessing of the center.

Governor Jerry Singson put up this project to give more convenience and access among people of Ilocos Sur.
