The Siglat Iskwela 2023 of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur recognized the best performing schools (Best School Practices), outstanding teachers, students & pupils who won 1st to 3rd place in regional, national and international level of competitions in any event or category, topnotchers of board, bar and national licensure examinations for bringing honor and prestige to the province.
