“This is a festivity that will showcase our formidable characteristics, our collective achievements, our talents and intelligence, our values and aspirations and our unity that has made us successful in our endeavors”, Governor Jerry Singson during the formal launching of the 1st ever week-long celebration of the province’s 2023 Siglat Festival.
This year’s event carries the theme: “Influencing Resilience and Excellence for a Regenerative Heritage Province”.
The Provincial Government embarked on this gathering of bright minds and talents to ignite change towards the attainment of developing talent, skills and upholding the ideals of every participant.
The official AVP of the Ilocos Sur Siglat Festival 2023 featuring the winning Siglat Hymn “Ilocos Sur Nasiglat ka, Agrambak” was also launched.
