The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, Rotary Club of Narvacan, Timpuyog iti ili ti Sta. Maria, Southern Ilocos Sur Medical Society, Philippine RedCross, Judge Celestino Guerrero Memorial Hospital, Sta Maria Ilocos Sur Association of Northern California, and LGU Sta. Maria partnered for a Give Hope Project at Brgy. Nagsayaoan, Sta Maria last August 5.

Services offered were free medical checkup, feeding program and relief operation.

The provincial government led by Governor Jerry Singson has dispatched 310 food packs for this mission.
