We rise as One!

Responding swiftly to the urgent needs of the affected families of super typhoon Egay in Ilocos Sur, cash assistance and family food packs were distributed to 1,000 residents of the 1st District.

This is from the Office of Senator Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go thru Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) under the Assistance to Individuals during Crisis Situation (AICS).

Five hundred of the beneficiaries came from Vigan City and the rest were from Bantay, Santa Catalina, San Vicente, Caoayan, San Ildefonso, Sto. Domingo, Magsingal, San Juan, Cabugao, and Sinait.

Said giving out was attended by Governor Jerry Singson together with Vice Governor Ryan Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Art Oandasan, Third Ranches, Constante Benzon, Jaja Tabios, Vigan City Mayor Bonito Singson, Bantay Mayor Sammy Parilla, Sto. Domingo Mayor Bryan Dexrer Tadena, San Juan Mayor Ma. Elaine Sarmiento, Vigan City Councilors and Ms. Flor Amate from the Office of Senator Bong Go.
