The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur expressed its heartfelt gratitude to the Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag City headed by Consul Ren Faqiang for the 100 cases of bottled water donation for the victims of super typhoon Egay.

Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda received the donation.
