Thirty-one first line supervisors of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur graduated from the five-day Supervisory Development Course Tracks II and III conducted by the Civil Service Commission RO1 led by Regional Director Hedy Jose “Jiggs” Lardizabal. Other facilitator was Dr. Buenafe Alinio.
