The Ilocos Sur District Hospital – Narvacan (ISDH-Narvacan) catered free circumcision to nearly 700 kids 9 years old and above for its 5-day celebration of the hospital’s 49th foundation year.

Dr. Junardin Soliven, ISDH-Narvacan Chief said this is in pursuit of the main goal of Governor Jerry Singson to provide accessible health care to all especially the indigents.

Meanwhile, a zumba session kick started the activity.

The ISDH-Narvacan is the catchment area of Santiago, San Esteban, Sta. Maria, Burgos, Nagbukel, Narvacan and Santa residents in terms of healthcare access.
