DOH Secretay Teodoro Herbosa graced the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Vigan City Primary Care Facility – Infirmary located at Brgy. IV. This is a joint project of the city government and the Department of Health.

The Secretary also turned over P35 million for the infirmary project and health services equipment to the four barangays of the city namely Brgy. II, Capangpangan, Camangaan, and San Pedro to be utilized in their barangay health centers.

Along with the Secretary were Governor Jerry Singson, DOH-RO1 Regional Director Dr. Paula Paz Sydiongco, Asst. Regional Director Dr. Antonio Albornoz, Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda, Provincial DOH Head Eng. John Foz, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Trina Talaga, Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson and City Officials.
