The new National Commission on Indigenous People-Ilocos Sur Chapter Provincial Officer, Atty. Jesus Agbayani together with Legal Officer, Atty. Laarni Bañez-Tumacdang and SPM Elpidio Quines paid courtesy visit to Governor Jerry Singson wherein they presented their future upcoming plans and programs.
