Governor Jerry Singson took part in the first State of the City Address of Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson Jr. held at Plaza Maestro Convention Center, Plaza Burgos, Vigan City and showed his warmest congratulations and continuous support on various projects and progams of Mayor Bonito for the next coming years as he lead the progressive City of Vigan.
