Governor Jerry Singson together with Vigan City Mayor Jose Bonito Singson, Vice Mayor Randy Singson, the rest of the city officials and staff from the Provincial Veterinary Office led the distribution of 50 cattle breeders to the different cattle raisers of Vigan City. In addition, galvanized iron pipes were also distributed to the tobacco farmers from the provincial government while the city government provided 50 lenovo tablets and urea fertilizers to the farmers.
