Governor Jerry Singson attended the 9th Anniversary of the Ilocos Sur Provincial Jail this 04 July 2023. The highlight of the celebration centered on the turn over ceremony of agricultural machinery from the Department of Agriculture in partnership with the Provincial Agriculture Office. Two wheelchairs were also provided by the University of Northern Philippines Extension Office for the Persons Deprived of Liberty.

Along with Governor Jerry Singson were Vice Governor Ryan Singson, SPM Third Ranches, SPM Ben Maggay, Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and the different stakeholders.
