The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and the National Government Agencies personnel walked with the members of the LGBTQIA+ community from all walks of life with pride and waived rainbow flags to the first ever “Transcend in all Colors” Pride March from the Capitol Frontage to the Quirino Stadium in celebration of the Pride Month bearing the “Diversity, Equality and Inclusivity” theme.
