The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur headed by Governor Jerry Singson took the center stage at the Fort Ilocandia in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte and received the plaque of recognition as 2022 Dayaw Ti Agimanman Saririt awardee for CY 2022.

Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda, Provincial Engineer’s Office Officer-in-Charge Leonard Pascua, and Electronical Regional Project Monitoring Encoder Mr. Manciel Tacadena personally received the plaque of recognition.

Held this 27 June 2023, the award was conferred by Regional Development Council (RDC) headed by the Chairperson, Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Manotoc, and other RDC officials.

Regional Project Monitoring and Evaluation System (RPMES) Awards aim to recognize outstanding project implementation and

support to programs and exemplary support to the Regional Development Plan.
