It is during these times that we are called to be the unsung heroes that the world needs.” A part of the speech of Governor Jerry Singson during the bloodletting activity conducted by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur thru the Provincial Health Office in celebration of the World Blood Donor Day.
One hundred sixty blood bag units were collected from college students, uniformed personnel of BFP and Philippine Army as well as employees from different local and national government agencies including PGIS employees.
