As the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur developed innovative ways to expand the “iRead. iStudy. iLearn.” program for creative approaches to the learners of Ilocos Sur, Governor Jerry Singson once again engaged with the 30 pupils of Tay-ac Elementary School as he shared a story entitled “Kabaelak Kadin?” This is in line with the ONE Ilocos Sur Education and Learning agenda.
