Reminders:

1. Please register online: https://tinyurl.com/onlinemobilepassporting to get pre-application slot. Walk-in applicants are highly discouraged.

2. Applications are limited to 1,000 new and renewal passport services only.

3. Application Form should be fully accomplished and printed in A4 paper.

4. Email address used for online registration should be active.

5. Clear and readable with consistent information of the original and photocopied requirements must be presented during the processing day.

6. Bring additional supporting documents as it may be necessary for further verification.

7. Bring your own ballpen.

8. An amount of P1,200.00 plus convenience fee to payment partners should be paid before the processing day.

9. Practice of minimum health standards is highly encouraged.
