In commemoration of the 125th anniversary of the Philippine Independence, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led by Governor Jerry Singson and different national government agencies gave full honor to the nation’s symbol of liberty – the statue of Dr. Jose Rizal at the Plaza Salcedo, Vigan City.

“Today therefore is our call to advance all loudable actions to preserve our liberation towards servicing the community, the people and the forthcoming citizenry”, a part of the message of Governor Jerry Singson.
