The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur thru the Provincial Youth Development Office’s 1st Hear; Here Youth Mental Health Caravan has reinforced self-worth mechanism activities and boosted awareness for mental health care to the secondary students, student leaders, youth organizations, and youth advocates of the province.

“This is a platform where you can freely express yourself, a safe space that validate your feelings and an avenue to explore more about yourself to listening about experience of your fellows,” said Gov. Jerry Singson.
