Governor Jerry Singson administered the Oath of Office of SBM Edna Tindoc Ritua of the Municipality of Santa. She was the substitute of his late husband SBM Domingo Ritua. Mayor Jesus Bueno Jr., Vice Mayor JJ Bueno, SB Members of Santa and her immediate family witnessed the event.
