Governor Jerry Singson, through SPM Ericson Singson took part in the Inauguration of the new farm-to-market roads located at Brgy. Bugnay and Brgy. Tablac Candon City funded under the Local Government Support Fund-Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) of the National Task Force to End Local Communist and Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) for FY 2022.

After which the Inauguration of Bugnay Bridge, a project of DPWH-Ilocos Sur was also conducted.

NTF-ELCAC Director Monico Batle led the inauguration along with DILG RO1 Regional Director Agnes De Leon, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency RO1 Regional Director Mildred Abordo, Vice Governor Ryan Luis Singson, and Candon City Mayor Eric Singson.
