In preparation for the upcoming Region 1 Athletic Association Meet 2023, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur turned over R1AA uniforms and accessories to the student athletes, coaches and technical officials of the province’s delegation. Ilocos Sur Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Joel B. Lopez accompanied Atty. Jannah Singson in the distribution along with Provincial Sports Coordinator Ryan Vera Cruz and Sports Specialist Edwin Llanes.
