The UNESCO National Commission of the Philippines (UNACOM) new Secretary-General Dr. Ivan Henares paid courtesy visit to Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda together with Provincial Tourism Officer John Noel Andaya and Provincial Planning and Development Officer Arch. Estrelita Rugnao.

Dr. Henares is monitoring the different World Heritage Sites and renew the commitment for the conservation of the sites, in particular the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and Historic City of Vigan.
