Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda led the planning and preparation meeting of the upcoming Labor Day Festival in the province. DOLE-Ilocos Sur Provincial Director Charity Ubilas also attended the meeting together with different national agencies and PGIS departments.
