Thousands of students, coaches and education officials participated in the Opening Ceremony of the Ilocos Sur Athletic Festival 2023 at Quirino Stadium, Bantay, Ilocos Sur this 10 March 2023. The student-athletes from 32 participating municipalities of the province were divided into four units and will compete for the 23 sporting events. The newly SEC-registered Ilocos Sur Association of Government Information Officers, Inc. (ISAGIO) and the Philippine Information Agency – Ilocos Sur Information Center paid courtesy visit to Governor Jerry Singson.
