As an alumnus of the Saint Paul College of Ilocos Sur, and congruent to its ONE Ilocos Sur Ten-Point Agenda, Governor Jerry Singson vowed his support to the programs of the said institution that geared towards holistic development during the courtesy visit of the SPC – SPCIS School President, Sister Merceditas Ang together with SPCIS Sisters and SPCIS Alumni Association headed by their President Dr. Mila Guerero.
