Governor Jerry Singson encouraged everyone to contribute to the reduction of carbon footprint and electrical consumption which is aligned to his biodiversity and environments agenda.

This Earth Hour 2023, let us together create #TheBiggestHourForEarth ! Join us at 7:30 PM at the Provincial Capitol Frontage (Vigan City, Ilocos Sur) for an evening of responsible residency to the planet. Be amazed with spoken poetry and sing along with our silent jam.
