As a strong support to the project of the Department of Agriculture (DA) “KADIWA ni Ani at Kita”, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Office of the Provincial Agriculture, once again conducted the KADIWA ni Ani at Kita Retail Selling in line with the Women’s Month Celebration this 17 March 2023 at the Gregoria Rivera Memorial Library, Vigan City.

Governor Jerry Singson wanted to further intensify the realization of his agenda on Agricultural Productivity shared with DA’s battlecry of bountiful harvest in order for the farmers and fisherfolks to be prosperous.

The said project aimed to support both farmers and consumers through a direct marketing scheme and farmers get the best prices for their goods while providing affordable, safe, and nutritious food to the consumers.

More than thirty participating farmers, fisherfolks and MSMEs were benefitted to the retail selling.
