Governor Jerry Singson proved that leadership and learning are indispensable to each other when he enjoyed interacting with the kindergarten kids of San Vicente Integrated School where he launched his program “iReadi.iStudy.iLearn” aligned with his Education and Learning agenda.

The Governor performed a story telling with an Ilocano story “Dagiti bukbukel ni Lito”.

DepEd Ilocos Sur Division Superintendent Jorge Reinante who expressed his gratefulness to the time and effort rendered by the Governor together with Legal Officer Percival Nicholas Tan, Mayor Jonan Tabanda represented by Mrs. Crispina Remullar, San Vicente District Supervisor, Dr. Veronica Vilog, School Principal, Mrs. Beatriz Riotoc and Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda witnessed the memorable event.
