The GMA Kapuso Network through the GMA TV 48 Ilocos Sur conducted a Blood Letting Activity in partnership with Philippine Red Cross Ilocos Sur Chapter, Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur specifically ISCC as an event school venue this 10 February 2023.

Members of the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, ISCC Students and private organizations were the donors of the activity.

The Kapuso Network aim to continue in helping the kapuso brothers and sisters specially during the tough times.

Governor Jerry Singson thanked the people behind the blood letting activity and the blood donors when he visited the area.
