The two-day motor racing activity of the Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Festival 2023 at the Sta. Catalina Beach Diversion Road was participated by almost 300 racers from the different racing clubs and motor cycle enthusiasts all over the country. Ten categories were offered for the said racing event.
