The public availed of the free services offered by the provincial government during the Pampering Ilocos Sur program as part of the Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Festival 2023.

Pampering services offered were free haircut, manicure, pedicure and massage.

This program aimed to give an ample time for the residents to relax from stressful works. Other benefit of this activity is giving opportunity to the salon and spa service providers to increase their income.
