A showcase of beauty and talent before the pageant proper.

As part of their journey to win the crown, the 34 candidates for the Miss Ilocos Sur 2023 flaunted their festival costume that represent the heritage, culture and tradition of their own city/municipality.

Other segments were the swim wear and evening gown wherein the hopefuls struted and slayed the stage for their body shapes and beauty.

All this will lead them to the Coronation Night on 02 February 2023.

Judges of the pre-pageant were DSWD Usec. Denise Floren Bernos Bragas, Silvana Rauche, Doms Ramos, Rizza Celina Aninoche-Taborda and Atty. Jannah Singson.
