The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur headed by Governor Jerry Singson was recognized by the City Government of Vigan as their valued partner in ensuring good governance and giving quality service to the Bigueños and also for its contribution and support to the city during the NGOs and Partners’ Appreciation Night.

In his speech, the Governor emphasized the importance of unity and working together in the interest of the people of Ilocos Sur. He also commended the City Government of Vigan for organizing the said event and conveying its gratitude to its stakeholders as it will strenghthen the union and partnership of both national government agencies and non-government organizations to the city government.

Also present during the event was 1st District Representative Congressman Ronald Singson.
