Governor Jerry Singson spearheaded the ribbon cutting of the newly constructed slope protection and 400 meters access road or farm-to-market road project amounting to Php 7-million in Brgy. Parparia, Narvacan this January 2023.

The said project was funded under the Republic Act 7171 of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur. This would benefit the residents especially the farmers in transporting their products to various markets and trading centers.

Also present during the ribbon cutting were Narvacan Mayor Pablito Sanidad, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, SPM Mildred Elaydo and SPM Gina Cordero.
